Buffalo is only 40 minutes from Alpine Park and provides great family snow fun – be it skiing, snow boarding, tobogganing or just building a snowman. Bicycling is a popular way to tour the area – bring your own to utilise the adjacent Murray to the Mountains Rail Trail which links Bright, Beechworth and Wangaratta.
